Biological Signaling,
Engineered with Precision

Secretome Complex harnesses the naturally balanced signaling environment released by umbilical cord–derived mesenchymal stromal cells without living cells in the final product.

What Is a Secretome?

A secretome is the collection of biologically active substances released by cultured cells into their surrounding medium. For UC-MSC–derived products, mesenchymal stromal cells are cultured under controlled conditions and release signaling molecules growth factors, cytokines, chemokines, proteins, enzymes, lipids and extracellular vesicles into the conditioned medium.

This medium is collected, filtered and sometimes concentrated. The result is a cell-free mixture where "Complex" refers to the natural combination of secreted components working in concert, rather than a single purified ingredient.

Why Umbilical Cord–Derived MSCs?

Compared with secretomes derived from adipose tissue or bone marrow MSCs, UC-MSC secretomes may provide enhanced regenerative potential because of their neonatal origin and high metabolic activity. KingStemCell cultivates these cells under conditions designed to closely mimic the natural physiological environment.

The KingStemCell UC-MSC secretome contains high levels of biologically active regenerative factors validated across production batches.

The power of a complete biological signal multi-pathway support, clinician-grade purity, consistent performance

Hepatocyte Growth Factor

Supports tissue repair signaling and promotes cellular migration a cornerstone of regenerative dermatology applications.

Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor

Plays a central role in vascular support and microcirculation essential for skin quality and cellular nourishment.

Platelet-Derived Growth Factor

PDGF-BB and PDGF-AA drive cellular proliferation and fibroblast activity for structural skin renewal.

FGF-Basic

Fibroblast growth factor supports dermal matrix activity and overall skin resilience in topical formulations.

Stem Cell & Colony Factors

Support cellular resilience and the skin's natural regenerative capacity at the molecular level.

Angiopoietin-2

Contributes to regenerative signaling pathways that underpin improvements in skin quality and cellular performance.

Manufacturing Process

From Cell Culture to Cell-Free Product

A closed-system, GMP-validated, serum-free, xeno-free production process with robust quality control.

01

UC-MSC Cultivation

Umbilical cord–derived MSCs are expanded under fully defined, FBS serum-free, xeno-free and DMSO-free conditions that mimic the physiological environment.

02

Conditioned Medium Collection

Cells release signaling substances into the culture medium. This conditioned medium is harvested under controlled, validated parameters.

03

Filtration & Release

The medium is filtered, concentrated and quality-tested. The final product is completely cell-free no living stem cells remain.

Source Comparison

Why UC-MSC Outperforms

Bone Marrow MSC

Adult origin with lower metabolic activity. Variable secretome composition across donors.

Adipose MSC

Accessible but age-dependent potency. Secretome profile varies with donor adiposity and age.

UC-MSC ✦

Neonatal origin with high metabolic activity. Enhanced regenerative potential and consistent molecular profile under GMP conditions.
